Position: Social Marketing & Content Strategy Assistant

Job Description

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Calendars, contact & meeting management:

  • Proactively maintain calendar(s) of team lead and team leads. Anticipate conflicts and proactively looks to resolve problems in advance.

  • Organize teleconferences, videoconference and in-person meetings and ensure all technologies needed are available and operational. Lead & assist with meeting scheduling, conference room reservations and associated meeting logistics for meetings and events (e.g. LT and team meetings/team events).

  • Provide support as needed in meeting agenda and materials co-ordination & distribution.

Travel & Expenses:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements (ground, air, rail), potentially for multiple members of the team travelling together, prepare itineraries if needed.

  • Prepare and submit expense reports for review in a timely manner, track expenses & perform reconciliations.

Process & Other Team Support:

  • Manage distribution lists, organizational chart, key meetings document. Maintain office supplies as needed.

  • Manage resources on the teams’ Sharepoint and Team sites. Assist with onboarding colleagues, as requested.

  • Preparation of Project Requests/Purchase Orders; knowledge of POD and Ariba BOD systems a plus

  • Serve as thought partner to leadership to enhance team culture [#JOY] & conduct activities in support of this.

  • Collaborate with administrative peers on department-wide initiatives, back-up, and events as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

  • High School degree required. A minimum of 5 years’ of progressively responsible administrative experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team-player & comfortable interacting with senior leaders

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced dynamic environment, to work and prioritise independently and demonstrable resourcefulness with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

  • Demonstrate speed and accuracy in administrative skills. Task and detail oriented.

  • Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office, Teams, and other internal Pfizer programs and systems.

  • Handle all duties with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

2-3 days/week working at Pfizer site as per Log In for Your Day policy

The salary for this position ranges from $31.36 to $52.27 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
